This is a comparison of a longer workout. The chest strap logged exact match to the rep scheme cycling - the Polar didn't catch a good portion of the beginning. The Garmin gives a rating for the exertion level as well.
Elongated heart rate tracking from the same. Again, this is one of the best heart rate trackers for Optical Heart Rate (OHR) I've seen. The issue for me is they currently don't assess workout strain levels like some of the others do - just overall load exertion over a long period of times.
This was a longer strength EMOM with a more intense Metcon at the end.
