Burpees, KBS, & DB Thrusters
3 rounds for time. The OH1 versus the H10 chest strap. The OH1 tracker pretty well, getting the max HR correct and coming in at 150bpm average versus the 155 average on the chest strap - 3% lower but close.
Short Gymnastic Development
This was basic effort to develop gymnastic conditioning. 4 negative HSPUs followed by 20s Chin over Bar holds - 3 rounds. Prescribed rest between.
The OH1 got the majority right versus the chest strap, with the same Ave HR, but missed the second peak of the second round.

Clean Sequence and Metcon
This workout started with an EMOM on the 90s for 8 rounds of 3 position Clean, Power Clean, Squat Clean - then a Metcon if 10 UB Hang Squat Cleans, 1:30 rest, 10 UB Thrusters, 1:30 rest, 10 UB STO, 1:30 rest, 10 UB Power C&Js, 1:30 rest, 10 UB OHSs - 5:00 rest, Repeat Cycle. The OH1 kept up for the most part compared to a Chest Strap, but tracked less intensity of HR zones
Front Squats & Interval Row
There was an interruption partway through (my fault, not a unit issue) but the OH1 nailed the Row Interval, and recorded slightly lower on the Front Squats for some reason.
